Therapeutic Exercise & Personal Training

Schedule a Therapeutic Exercise & Personal Training session to experience the benefits of a highly individualized exercise program. Whether your goal is building muscle, increasing flexibility, or maximizing fat loss, each session will be tailored to your needs. 


Your personal training sessions will be led by Dr. Jocelyn Nzabalinda, DPT, PT, a trained Physiotherapist with experience working with clients of all ages, body types, and varying mobility and pain sensitivity. 

First, she will aim to get to know you and what you expect from the personal training. Then, she will assess the other relevant aspects of your life, including your work, hobbies, daily routine, family, and social life, before creating your program.
