Strength Training

A session focused on on building strength with free weights and functional movements that reduce pain, increase stability, and boost your recovery. We will make the necessary adjustments based on your progress and feedback. 

Fall Prevention & Balance Training

A session tailored to improving your balance, especially after knee or hip surgery. Your customized program will focus on exercises designed to enhance lower-body strength, stability, and balance, using body-weight and functional movements that support your recovery. 

Home Exercise Program

A session focused on learning about your unique fitness and recovery needs and creating a personalized exercise plan that evolves weekly to help you safely build strength, increase mobility, and achieve your wellness goals—all from the convenience of your home.

New Patients

Returning Patients

Contact us directly to schedule a follow-up appointment and continue your personalized journey toward wellness.

Dr. Jocelyn Nzabalinda, DPT, PT

Dr. Jocelyn Nzabalinda, DPT, is a trained physiotherapist with experience working with clients of all ages, body types, and varying mobility and pain sensitivity. ​First, she will aim to get to know you and understand your health goals. Then, she will assess the other relevant aspects of your life, including your work, hobbies, daily routine, family, and social life, before creating your program.
