Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept all major insurance plans in Bermuda. If you have an international insurance plan, please email or call us to confirm.

What is the pricing for your services?

Costs vary based on your insurance plan and appointment length. For instance, a 30-minute session might have a copay between $35–$75, depending on your coverage. No insurance? We offer flexible self-pay options as well. Contact us to receive your specific pricing plan.

Where are you located?

We’re at 26 Bermudiana Road, in Suite 405 of the International Centre Building. We recommend parking at the Par-la-Ville lot on 8 Church Street, a short walk away.

What should I wear to my session?

Whatever you’re comfortable in! Workout clothes or something easy to move in—like shorts or a T-shirt—are ideal, but it’s totally up to you.

How long does it usually take to recover from an injury?

Recovery time depends on the type and severity of the injury—muscles often heal in 2–4 weeks, tendons in about 6 weeks, bones in 8 weeks, and ligaments or cartilage in up to 3 months. Patients who stay consistent with physiotherapy sessions and follow their home exercise plans typically recover faster and more fully than those who do not.

What are the payment options after the session?

We offer two convenient payment options for your therapy appointments. You can pay with cash for the scheduled appointment time, or you can complete a bank transfer either before or after your appointment.

What is the difference between a physiotherapy and a chiropractor?

Physiotherapy takes an evidence-based approach to healing by focusing on restoring movement, strength, and function through customized exercises, stretches, and hands-on techniques. It not only relieves pain but also addresses the root cause, helping to prevent future injuries and improve overall well-being. Chiropractic care, on the other hand, is centered mainly on spinal adjustments and alignment, which can provide immediate relief but may not always deliver the same long-term benefits as a comprehensive physiotherapy program.
