This is where your journey begins. In this phase, we identify the root cause of your injury or condition and provide immediate treatments to start relieving pain and restoring mobility. You'll leave your very first session with clarity, a plan, and tools you can use right away.

Rehab & Recovery

This phase is where you'll experience the core of your recovery journey, focusing on eliminating pain, rebuilding strength, and preventing reinjury. Treatments become more hands-on and progressive, designed to help you move better, recover faster, and achieve lasting results.

What to expect:

Reassess & Redefine Your Path

This is the checkpoint in your recovery journey. In this phase, we carefully measure your progress and determine what comes next — whether you're ready to graduate with a home program, need additional sessions, or want to elevate your care into long-term wellness.
