Phase 1: Assessment &

This is where your journey begins. In this phase, we identify the root cause of your injury or condition and provide immediate treatments to start relieving pain and restoring mobility. You’ll leave your very first session with clarity, a plan, and tools you can use right away.

What to Expect in Phase 1:

  • Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of your condition

  • Early pain-relief interventions including massage therapy

  • Personalized home-exercise program to continue progress 

  • Initial nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to support healing

Phase 2: Rehab & Recovery

Sessions: 3-7

This phase is where you’ll experience the core of your recovery journey, focusing on eliminating pain, rebuilding strength, and preventing reinjury. Treatments become more hands-on and progressive, designed to help you move better, recover faster, and achieve lasting results.

What to Expect in Phase 2:

  • Massage therapy and soft tissue release to reduce chronic tension

  • Assisted stretching to restore alignment and flexibility

  • Corrective exercises tailored to heal your injuries and conditions

  • Ongoing progress tracking with gradual adjustments as you heal

Phase 3: Reassess & Redefine Your Path

This is the checkpoint in your recovery journey. In this phase, we carefully measure your progress and determine what comes next. Whether you’re ready to graduate with a home program, need additional sessions, or want to elevate your care into long-term wellness, this stage ensures you leave with a clear plan and confidence in your path forward.

What to Expect in Phase 3:

  • Comprehensive Reassessment: Evaluate your progress, highlight improvements, and identify areas needing more attention​

  • Clear next steps based on your condition and recovery:

    • Discharge with a tailored home program if you’re fully recovered

    • Recommendation for additional treatment if further care is needed​​
